Lewis Hamilton dedicates F1 Spanish GP win to young fan battling cancer

Lewis Hamilton hailed Mercedes as “the best team in the world” and dedicated his F1 Spanish Grand Prix victory Sunday to a five-year-old fan suffering from cancer.

“I’m very happy,” said Hamilton. “There overall performance is just incredible. Everyone’s worked so hard. To come here with an upgrade this weekend and be so dominant is a real demonstration of just how powerful this team is and that it is the best team in the world.”
