The limited edition ‘la Prima’ 500e convertible is already sold out.
Fiat began the introduction of its all-new all-electric 500 by launching two ‘la Prima’ limited editions – first, the convertible in March – and most recently the hatchback.
We are still waiting for the official launch of the regular version, which hopefully will be less expensive than the €34,900 ($39,599) for the ‘la Prima’ hatchback.
For sure we can say that the new Fiat 500e is a very nice looking small car. It will be a perfect fit in Europe and who knows, maybe it will be exported to the U.S. at some point in the future.

Prices of Fiat 500e ‘la Prima’ launch editions (including charging wallbox):
The new electric Fiat 500 is equipped with a relatively decent 42 kWh battery, good for up to 320 km (199 miles) of WLTP range.
The limited-edition can charge at up to 85 kW, which might not be the case in the regular version.
The acceleration 0-100 km/h (62 mph) could be better than 9.0 seconds, but at least the 0-50 km/h (31 mph) seems strong for city driving.
