A brand new Autumn season has begun in Forza Horizon 4 to mark a fresh week. Players from all over the UK are still being kept busy with the latest batch of events.
There’s no new content arriving this week, but there are some new Playlist prizes for 50% and 80% completion. There is another opportunity to earn a sprightly Ford coupe this week in the seasonal championships. Read on further for the latest Autumn content.
Puma On The Hunt
In a shake up for the seasonal Playlist prizes, there’s only one car up for grabs, but it is a pretty good one: the 1966 Ford GT40 Mk II.
Famous for vanquishing the repeated success of Ferrari at the Le Mans 24 Hours, the GT40 is regarded as one of the most iconic race cars of all time. Under the hood is a brutal 7.0-liter V8 making 485hp. With its sleek body, the GT40 was capable of pushing 200mph — and amazing feat for the late 1960s.
In addition to the main Festival Playlist, another Horizon Backstage Pass is up for grabs for seasonal completion.
The newest Photo Challenge for Autumn is a day out to an ancient castle in a very small car. #MiniCarMassiveCastle wants you to photograph any Mini that you have at Bamburgh Castle. Over at the seasonal championships, a stylish Fiat and a mad Renault are among the prizes.
This week’s main highlight is the 1999 Ford Racing Puma. Conceived as a rally homologation, a production run of 1,000 units was planned but Ford only made 500 in total. Despite humble Fiesta underpinnings, the Puma became a cult hit in the UK. Under the hood is a tweaked 1.7-liter engine making 153hp. Coupled to an eager chassis and you’ll be wanting to thrash the Puma down every twisting road you can find.
To get the Puma, you’ll need to win the “Off Road Rally” championship.
A new set of Super7 events are also on the cards this week. Complete all seven challenges, and you receive the novelty Windows XP Shutdown horn as a prize.

Forzathon Events
Forzathon is cruising for a bruising this week, as the spotlight turns to GT cars. Jump aboard one of the many leather-wrapped cruise missles to get things rolling.
Next, head down to the races and take a comfortable victory in two Street Scene events. After that, show off your precision driving by earning a total of 1 million Skill Score.
Finally, take your GT machine on your very own grand tour by driving for 15 miles across the UK.
Forzathon Shop
This week’s shop lineup features two icons from opposite ends of the performance spectrum. Leading the way is the 1991 Peugeot 205 Rallye.
Despite being overshadowed by the 205 GTI, the Rallye became its own cult hit. Offered as a cheaper alternative to the GTI, the Rallye was pared back to the essentials. Even though the 1.3-liter engine made just 100hp, a kerb weight of just over 1,700lb means it can be thrown into corners and will give you a huge smile.
A price of 600 Forzathon Points is what you’ll need to pay for the 205, but in return you’ll be getting a car that is arguably cooler than the GTI.
Also up for grabs is the 1962 Ferrari 250 GT Berlinetta Lusso. Argued to be one of the prettiest cars ever made, the 250 GT is also one of Ferrari’s greatest creations. Under the sleek, hand-crafted lines sits a 3.0-liter V12 making 254hp. Although performance may not be hair-raising by modern standards, the 250 GT has coolness in spades when you’re cruising along the coastline.
At 350FP, the 250 is a bargain and you could potentially save yourself millions of credits compared to buying one from the Autoshow.
Clothing for this week include the Rd Biker Jersey and Red Biker Trousers.
