Customers in Arizona booking a ride from Uber who don't have a smartphone will now be able to call in their request, like a taxi.
According to CNET, by calling 1-833-USE-UBER, the customer will be connected to an operator who will book the ride. While the service was originally designed for seniors, but it can be used by anyone.
