Volvo Car Malaysia, together with its dealer-partner Ingress Swede Automobile, recently launched a new Volvo 3S centre in Mutiara Damansara – taking the place of Proton’s former 3S centre – to strengthen the brand’s presence within the Damansara area.
The facility features a showroom that has been built in accordance with Volvo Cars’ retail standard – Volvo Retail Experience (VRE) – which showcases the brand’s Scandinavian-inspired ideals and heritage. To meet aftersales needs, there’s also a six-bay service area staffed by trained personnel.
“In the premium segment, the product is not the sole factor in the consumer’s purchase decision. What’s equally important is the value, quality, and accessibility of services that they can enjoy throughout their journey with the brand,” said Nalin Jain, managing director of Volvo Car Malaysia.
“We are looking at incorporating technologies and processes that adds value to our customers’ lives – like our cars, everything we do must add meaning to the experiences of our customers – that is how we would like to impress them,” he added.
“Owing to our extensive experience within the premium automotive sector, we are confident in delivering the brand experience that is expected by Volvo Cars’ customers,” commented Mohd Azeman Mohamed Akram Ab Rahman, who spoke on behalf of Ingress Swede Automobile.
The showroom, which is located at 10 Jalan PJU 7/3, Mutiara Damansara, 47800 Petaling Jaya, Selangor, is open from 8am till 6pm, from Monday to Saturday, and from 10am till 4pm on Sunday. Meanwhile, the service centre is operational from 8am to 5pm on weekdays, and from 8am to 12.30pm on Saturdays.
