Triumph will be unveiling the 2020 Rocket 3 in India on December 5, 2019.
The new Rocket 3 is based on a new platform. The bike comes in two variants – GT and R and features twin circular headlamps that have integrated LED daytime running lights and bar-end mirrors. The GT version gets twin seats with a back rest as well as a windscreen. The R version gets a short fairing instead of the windscreen. It also gets a single seat option.
The new Rocket 3 is powered by a 2,500cc, liquid-cooled engine that produces 165 BHP @ 6,000 rpm and 221 Nm @ 4,000 rpm. The engine is mated to a 6-speed transmission. The bike comes with an upside down fork suspension at the front and a monoshock at the rear. It is equipped with twin 320 mm disc brakes at the front and a 300 mm disc at the rear.
