Bajaj has launched the 2021 Pulsar 180 motorcycle in India at a price of Rs. 1,07,904/- (ex-showroom, Delhi).
The motorcycle is powered by a 178.6cc, single-cylinder, 4-stroke, SOHC 2-valve, air-cooled, BS6-compliant DTS-i Fi engine. It produces 16.78 BHP @ 8,500 rpm and 14.52 Nm @ 6500 rpm and is mated to a 5-speed transmission. Stopping power comes from a 280 mm disc brake at the front and a 230 mm disc brake at the rear.
The Pulsar 180 measures 2,035 mm in length, 765 mm in width and 1,115 mm in height with a wheelbase of 1,345 mm, ground clearance of 165 mm and a saddle height of 800 mm. It has a kerb weight of 151 kg. The bike comes with twin pilot lamps with auto headlamp on (AHO) function, split seats, black alloy wheels and an ‘infinity’ LED tail lamp.
The bike features a telescopic anti friction bush in the front suspension and a 5-way adjustable nitrox shock absorber at the rear. It rides on 17-inch wheels shod with 90/90 and 120/80 section tyres at the front and rear respectively.
The 2021 Pulsar 180 will be available across all Bajaj Auto authorised dealerships in India.
