The SXR 160 costs Rs. 9,000 more than the upcoming 125cc version.
Earlier this month, Aprilia opened pre-bookings for the SXR 125 maxi-scooter. Now, according to the company’s website, the price of the SXR 125 has been set at Rs. 1.16 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).
The SXR 125 looks identical to the SXR 160 that was launched in December last year. It costs Rs. 9,000 more than the upcoming 125cc version.
The SXR 125 gets similar features as well. It comes with twin LED headlamps, LED tail lights, a digital instrument cluster with Bluetooth mobile connectivity option, adjustable rear suspension and a disc brake with a combined braking system (CBS).
The SXR 125 is powered by a 125cc, single-cylinder engine that produces 9.4 BHP and 8.2 Nm. This is the same engine that powers the SR 125.
