Ducati India has released a teaser image on social media, which indicates that the brand could be gearing up to launch the Panigale V2 in India.
The Panigale V2 is positioned below the Panigale V4 in Ducati’s lineup. The bike features triangular pods that house the headlights and LED daytime running lights. It comes with LED tail lights and digital instrument cluster.
The Panigale V2 is powered by a 955cc, L-twin cylinder engine that produces 153 BHP @ 10,750 rpm and 104 Nm @ 9,000 rpm. The engine is mated to a 6-speed gearbox via a slipper clutch.
The bike features Showa 43 mm fork suspension at the front and a Sachs monoshock at the rear. It has a single-sided swingarm. The bike is equipped with twin 320 mm disc brakes at the front and a single 245 mm disc at the rear.
Features such as Ducati Quick Shift (DQS) up/down EVO 2 and Sachs steering damper are standard. The bike also comes with riding modes, power modes, Cornering ABS EVO, traction control, wheelie control, Engine Brake Control EVO and auto tyre calibration.
