Kia is offering pre-paid maintenance packages up to 5 years / 50,000 km.
Kia has launched contactless, paperless aftersales with an Advanced Pick and Drop program and ‘My Convenience’ personalized vehicle maintenance.
The Advanced Pick and Drop program is inspired by South Korea’s ‘Untact’ or ‘without direct contact’ program which makes the entire aftersales process and vehicle pickup and drop service contactless.
Kia claims to be the first carmaker in India to offer a complete contactless aftersales process. The drivers use protective seat covers and protection kit. The driver’s company ID and visiting card are shared with customers prior to pickup. The pickup and drop process is completely digitalised and app-based. Customers receive SMS alerts at various stages and they can also track the vehicle using map-based live tracking.
Kia is also offering personalized service packages for customers under the ‘My Convenience’ program. Customer can avail of Pre-Paid Maintenance (PPM) and Care Pack (Car Care Services).
PPM covers spare parts, oils & labour, and is based on the years and mileage coverage of the car. Complimentary services like Wheel Alignment, Balancing and Tyre Rotation can also be availed.
PPM packages:
- 2 years / 20,000 km
- 3 years / 30,000 km
- 4 years / 40,000 km
- 5 years / 50,000 km
