Mahindra has released a promotional video of the XUV300 featuring rally driver Gaurav Gill.
The video starts off with Gaurav hustling the car around a twisty, purpose built track. The driving sequence looks to be inspired from the Ken Block Gymkhana series as Gaurav slides around tight sections with a dab of opposite lock and some tyre smoke.
The Mahindra XUV300 is scheduled to be launched on February 14, 2019. The SUV is based on the Ssangyong Tivoli and is expected to compete with the Tata Nexon, Maruti Vitara Brezza and the Ford EcoSport.
The XUV300 will be offered with 1.2-litre petrol and 1.5-litre diesel engine options. Both engines are expected to come with a 6-speed manual transmission at launch.
