According to the Mahindra website, the XUV500 will be offered with Apple CarPlay from May 31, 2019. The feature will be available on the top-spec W11(O) trim only.
The W11(O) variant comes equipped with a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system and offers Android Auto connectivity. Other features include Connected Apps, electric sunroof, brake energy regeneration, puddle lamps and 18-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels.
The XUV500 is powered by a 2.2-litre, 4-cylinder diesel engine that produces 153 BHP @ 3,750 rpm and 360 Nm of torque @ 1,750-2,800 rpm. The engine is mated to a 6-speed manual gearbox or a 6-speed automatic transmission, while all-wheel drive is available as an option.
