It looks like Morgan, the company best known for its wood-framed sports cars and three-wheel creations, is venturing into the world of relatively modern high-performance sports cars. According to Autocar, the upcoming Morgan will be both a coupe and a roadster and should bring Morgan into the 1960s, at least in terms of design.
The new Morgan will likely sport a two-seater configuration, which makes sense given the aesthetic the company is targeting. Autocar expects it to be priced similarly to the Aston Martin Vantage, which means you shouldn’t be shocked to see a $150K sticker on the windshield.
