New Parts From The Classic Truck Aftermarket

Clean Those Carbs and Throttle Bodies
WD-40 has been around since 1953 and every garage and shop in America has at least one can on the shelf. The company continues to expand its line of products, which now includes the new WD-40 Specialist Fast-Acting Carb/Throttle Body & Parts Cleaner, introduced at the recent SEMA Show. This professional-level product uses a dual-action cleaning system to clean carburetors, throttle bodies, and unpainted metal parts. A powerful solvent breaks up tough, baked-on carbon deposits. Then the cleaning spray blasts away the deposits and waste, leaving no residue. The cleaner will not affect O2 sensors or catalytic converters upon incidental contact. Prize-Winning Gauges
The new line of Chrono series gauges from AutoMeter was named Best New Performance Product at the Custom Automotive Network Connect Conferences in 2018. Chrono gauges were developed to celebrate AutoMeter’s 60th anniversary and to pay tribute to the company’s racing history. The new line balances the original character of a classic vehicle with making a modern statement. The typeface, ticking sounds, sculpted three-dimensional dials, and polished aluminum bezels are inspired by elegant timepieces. The analog needle sweeps up to 320 degrees, backlit with crisp, white LED illumination, paired with cutting-edge circuitry and movements. Two-In-One Welder
Builders performing at-home projects, bodywork, or light fabrication can increase their capabilities with Miller Electric Manufacturing Company’s all-in-one Multimatic 220 AC/DC welder. It features multiprocessor capabilities for MIG, flux-cored, stick, and AC/DC TIG—and welds both steel and aluminum. Hitting the trigger or tapping the foot control automatically determines the correct polarity and switches to the right process. MIG and TIG gases can be attached simultaneously, and a MIG gun and TIG torch can be connected at the same time. Users can adjust AC balance and frequency and DC pulse, or rely on preset controls—as well as choose between the 120V or 240V plugs. For more information, contact Miller Electric at (920) 734-9821 or www.millerwelds.com.

More Air, Less Amps
Keeping your truck cool requires moving moving air. The new Flex-Wave electric fan from Flex-A-Lite moves 20 to 25 percent more air than other same-sized electric fans designs, while reducing noise—all with a decrease in amp draw. The innovative aerodynamic blade style was developed using Computational Fluid Dynamics software. Flex-A-Lite engineers call the corrugated blade shape a sine wave design. Wind tunnel testing proved that the science works to moves more air more efficiently around the blades. The design was then prototyped and tested to verify increased airflow and improved efficiency. The all-new Flex-Wave electric fan is available in three sizes. For more information, contact Flex-A-Lite at (253) 922-2700 or www.flex-a-lite.com.
