Patent drawings of what looks like a Honda City-based hatchback have surfaced online.
The images suggest that the City-based hatchback could get a similar front end as the City. It has a large chrome insert and wraparound headlights. Up to the C-pillar, the car looks similar to City. At the rear, the car has wraparound tail lamps that look similar to those on the Mercedes A-Class. The car also has dual-tone ORVMs, roof spoiler and a shark fin antenna.
Honda offers a hatchback version of the City called the Gienia in China. The new model could replace it and is unlikely to be offered in India.
