Maruti Suzuki might also add a re-badged version of the Innova Hycross to its product portfolio.
Toyota dropped the first teaser of the upcoming Innova Hycross earlier this week. Now, what appears to be a CAD rendering has leaked online.
The 3D rendering reveals quite a few details of the new hybrid MPV. The Innova Hycross will get a hexagonal grille with slim wraparound headlamps, while the front bumper houses triangular vents on either side. The image also reveals a redesigned rear quarter glass and a cut-out for a panoramic sunroof.
The Innova Hycross will be based on the TNGA-C platform. With an overall length of around 4.7-metres, it will be larger than the current Innova Crysta.
Reports suggest that the Innova Hycross will be offered with a 2.0-litre petrol hybrid, but there will be no diesel engine option. Unlike the current model, it will feature a front-wheel drive layout.
