Suzuki Burgman Street

Suzuki Motorcycle India rules the 125 cc scooter segment in India with its bestselling Suzuki Access 125. In 2018, Suzuki extended its 125 cc scooter portfolio with a brand new scooter, the Suzuki Burgman Street. With a name taken from Suzuki’s range of maxi-scooters sold internationally, the 125 cc Burgman Street also follows similar maxi-scooter design, although the scooter is based on the Access 125 platform. The Suzuki Burgman Street’s 124 cc mill puts out 8.6 bhp at 7,000 rpm and 10.2 Nm of peak torque at 5,000 rpm. With nimble handling, and a peppy engine, it’s a very engaging scooter to ride, and of course the USP is the rather ‘different’ big scooter design. Priced at ₹ 68,000 (ex-showroom) is one of the more expensive 125 cc scooters on sale, but it still makes a very good case as a unique-looking scooter, with the performance and handling to make it an enjoyable scooter to ride.
