It is now entering its third generation and spy shots seen ahead of the launch suggest a radical design update.

In addition to this, there is also rumoured to be a hybrid version of the car offered when it goes on sale.

Spy shots also revealed that the car will get a digital driver display and a large central touchscreen infotainment system.

This follows the revelation that the Fiesta and Focus will now be offered with hybrid powertrains.

At the event, the carmaker will also reveal some other new updates by the company.

According to reports, the firm will reveal details about the mild hybrid systems used in the Fiesta and Focus.

Other information set to be released at the event is regarding commercial vehicles and another new crossover.

According to Motor1, the new SUV will be a more upmarket EcoSport and have more equipment than the Escape.

It has even suggested that the ‘Puma’ name will return. Puma was used for a four-seater coupe which was based on the Fiesta.
