Electric LCV spotted testing | Which brand is it?

We think it might be a pure electric version of the Tata Intra or Ashok Leyland Bada Dost.

A prototype of an electric Light Commercial Vehicle was recently spotted testing in Noida. Can you guess what brand it might be?

Bhupinder Singh, who spotted the vehicle stated that it looked similar in size to the Tata Ace Plus. He believes that it could be a Mahindra product. Having inspected the spy images, we think it might be a pure electric version of the Tata Intra or Ashok Leyland Bada Dost.

Lately, Tata Motors has been at the forefront of EV development. The company launched the Ace EV in May last year. The electric LCV is said to have a range of 154 km on a single charge. It is powered by an electric motor with an output of 36 BHP and 130 Nm.

Last year, Ashok Leyland stated that it was planning to roll out an electric LCV based on the Bada Dost. Mahindra too offers a range of electric commercial vehicles, including the eSupro.

Thanks to Bhupinder Singh for sending these images in. Heartfelt gratitude for sharing them with other enthusiasts via this Team-BHP share page!
