In anticipation of Cyberpunk 2077‘s upcoming release, the game’s developer CD Projekt Red has teamed up with Rockstar Energy and its in-house Rockstar Performance Garage to create a one-off custom Quadra muscle car, using a 1970 Mustang 302 as its starting point, and best of all, one lucky fan will get to win the car.
Using the in-game Quadra as its inspiration, the Southern Californian workshop replaced almost all the exterior body parts on the vintage Mustang with carbon fiber options sourced from Anvil Auto. A custom grille from T-REX Grilles gives the vehicle a more aggressive look via the phantom shroud over the headlights, while a specially-machined “QUADRA” badge from Billet Badges create even more authenticity for the replica. Rounding off the design are new fog and reverse lights from Baja Designs as well as a black and Quadra Yellow paint job from both Irwindale Collision and DH Graphics.
As for its performance, numerous upgrades have been incorporated to bring its functionality up to par with modern vehicles, including dual-engine intakes from K&N Filters, reworked cooling from Mishimoto, four-wheel disk brakes from R1 Concepts, and a new coilover suspension system on all four wheels by Ridetech.
“This is one of those builds that just makes you love what you do and the team you have to accomplish it,” says Rockstar Performance Garage owner Nic Ashby.
For a chance to win this one-off custom Quadra Mustang, simply submit the code under each tab of the Cyberpunk 2077-themed Rockstar Energy drink cans over on the event’s website.
