Watch out Toyota, because it turns out it’s not enough to “cruise” the “land”. Nope. Today’s adventurers want to cruise the earth, and they may need something beyond the mighty Land Cruiser SUV. EarthCruiser offers the camper kit to help those planet-roamers, including the upcoming Terranova.
Due to arrive early 2021, the new Terranova is one of the ultimate ways to explore this planet from behind the wheel of your 2020-or-newer Chevrolet Silverado 3500, Ford F-350, GMC Sierra 3500, or Ram 3500 pickup truck. The latter model is shown in these illustrations provided by EarthCruiser of its upcoming camper.

Made of fiberglass and what EarthCruiser refers to as “high-density plastic” materials, the Terranova takes the place of its host pickup’s bed to offer a space with literal beds. This camper offers more than just sleeping quarters, though, as the Terranova also comes with a roof-mounted fan, a small dining space that includes bench seats with leather cushions, a kitchen sink, cooktop stove, 4.2-cubic-foot refrigerator and freezer, and a small bathroom, the latter of which includes expected niceties such as a sink, toilet, and shower.
Arguably, the Terranova’s coolest feature is its raising roof, which includes eight windows positioned for a full 360-degree view of the surrounding world. (EarthCruiser includes a similar setup on its already available EXD and EXP campers.) If that’s not enough, those in search of additional luxuries can also add the likes of an air-conditioning system, exterior shower, solar panels, and custom storage units.
EarthCruiser has yet to share pricing for the Terranova, but if the company’s EXD camper’s cost is anything to go by, then this latest model, as well as the associated rig it’s attached to, ought to easily set buyers back a total of $300,000 or more. That’s enough money to buy an actual house! Then again, can your typical house cruise the land, let alone the earth?
