Normally when we write these posts, it’s because we’ve found pictures of test car covered in camouflage. But with the SCV12, that’s boring because Lamborghini already sent us those. Instead, we’ve found pictures of the car with less on it.
These detailed drawings come to us from the European Intellectual Property Office, which has registered and published these drawings officially.
The drawings give us a strong impression of what the SCV12 will look like and offer no fewer than six perspectives on the car. Powered by Lamborghini’s most powerful V12 ever, it will be track-munching hypercar, albeit one that isn’t street legal.
Lamborghini is also promising more aero than a GT3 car and a new carbon chassis. All of which should make it very exciting to attack a track with.
Customers will be invited to participate in high-performance driving classes at some of the world’s most prestigious tracks, will get technical assistance from Squadra Corse, and tutelage from five-time Le Mans winner Emanuele Pirro.
So far, no exact date has been set for the SCV12’s unveiling, but Lamborghini did promise to do it in the summer, so we won’t have to wait long to see it in all its colorful glory.
