The Honda Elevate is all set to make its global debut on June 6.
The upcoming Honda Elevate has been testing in Japan for some time now. Recently, the SUV was spotted parked next to a Honda HR-V, giving us a rare opportunity to compare the two SUVs.
The Honda Elevate appears slightly larger compared to the HR-V, at least from this angle. The former has an upright front fascia and a more SUV-ish stance. The HR-V, which measures 4.3 meters in length & boasts a typical crossover look.
The Honda Elevate is all set to make its global debut on June 6. The mid-size SUV will be powered by the 1.5-litre petrol engine from the City, albeit in a higher state of tune. A strong-hybrid version is likely to arrive later, but it won’t get a diesel engine option. Transmission options will include a 6-speed manual and CVT.
In India, the Elevate will rival the likes of the Hyundai Creta, Maruti Grand Vitara, Toyota Hyryder and Kia Seltos.
