Kawasaki has unveiled the Z H2 at the 2019 Tokyo Motor Show.
The Z H2 is a naked version of the supercharged Kawsaki Ninja H2. It has an LED headlamp with a digital instrument cluster on top. The green trellis frame of the bike is also visible. The bike has a stepped seat and a single side-mounted exhaust.
The Z H2 is powered by a 998cc, 4-cylinder, supercharged engine that produces 197 BHP @ 11,000 rpm and 137 Nm @ 8,500 rpm. The engine is said to be tuned for better low and mid-range compared to the Ninja H2 and comes mated to a 6-speed gearbox.
The Z H2 gets upside-down fork suspension at the front and a monoshock at the rear. Unlike the Ninja H2, the Z H2 gets a double-sided rear swingarm. The braking setup consists of twin 290 mm discs at the front and a single 226 mm disc at the rear.
Other features offered on the Z H2 include electronic throttle, cruise control, Inertia Measurement Unit, KTRC (Kawasaki Traction Control), power modes, KCMF (Kawasaki Corner Management Function) and KLCM (Kawasaki Launch Control Mode).
