Got a minute?
Actually, 1 minute, 30.765 seconds is all it takes esports gamer Shanka Clay to navigate the 3.6-mile circuit.
The Sochi Autodrom features long straights and several challenging 90-degree turns.
“It sounds risky, but the kerbs are quite flat at this track, meaning you can get right up to the walls on both entry and exit,” Clay says as a secret to posting a good time. “This then allows you to take a tighter line for the apex and get back on the power sooner and that’s so important at a power-sensitive circuit like Sochi.”
