Recap: The 2019 Amsoil Engine Masters Challenge

It’s always exciting to watch an engine run flat-out on a dynamometer, but imagine a week of that with more than a dozen engines run on the dyno! That’s the premise behind the Amsoil Engine Masters Challenge Presented by JE Pistons, and the showdown happened last October at JE Pistons’ headquarters in Mentor, Ohio. You can find daily coverage of the Engine Masters Challenge elsewhere on our website, but for this installment, we’ve included an event wrap-up video and some additional outtake photographs from the competition.

The competition will continue later this year under the leadership of JE Pistons, which are calling it the Masters of Motors. The competition is currently scheduled to run September 28October 1, 2020. More information can be found here.
