Nissan discontinues Micra, Sunny in India; lists only 2 cars

Nissan has removed the Micra, Micra Active as well as the Sunny from its Indian website. At present, only two cars are listed on the website – the upcoming BS6 Kicks and the GT-R.

The Micra Activa had a 1.2-litre, petrol engine that produced 67 BHP and 104 Nm and was paired to a 5-speed manual transmission. The Micra had a 1.2-litre, petrol engine that made 76 BHP and 104 Nm and was mated to a Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT). It was also available with a 1.5-litre, diesel engine that put out 63 BHP and 160 Nm. It came paired with a 5-speed manual gearbox.

The Sunny had a 1.5-litre, petrol engine that put out 98 BHP and 134 Nm and was mated to a CVT and a 1.5-litre, diesel engine that made 85 BHP @ and 200 Nm. It was paired with a 5-speed manual gearbox.
